Sad Loss - And New Life

So in my last post, I explained my fish's swim bladder infection. Unfortunately, I tried the fish on the same food for a second time, but he just wasn't strong enough to handle it. He died. But just a month later, the companion fish, the girl, laid her first eggs ever!! It was a completely new experience for me! She laid over 50 eggs! If only the other fish would have still been alive, there could have been a chance that the eggs could have been fertilized, and I could have been a goldfish breeder! Oh the opportunities that pass us by...
